- Directed one of Vancouver’s largest gaming conventions sponsored by the British Columbia tourist board (1500+ attendees, 49k viewers across 5 channels on YouTube & Twitch) in 2024 and 2025. Tracked and reconciled 6-figure budgets to secure event staffing, broadcast and in-house AVL equipment, catering, travel accommodations, chat moderation, and graphics.
- Lead external communications with Red Bull Canada, Asus, ShowMax, Bombee, and Vancouver Convention Centre. Coordinated over 40 vendors. Created floorplans, loading dock schedules, and staff guidelines referenced by internal and external teams.
Red Bull Kumite Canadian Qualifier
At Battle of BC 7
- Executed the Red Bull Kumite Canadian Qualifier (2025) with Red Bull Canada from start to finish. Integrated Bombee’s stage design into our existing floorplan.
- Contracted Justin Wong, Woolie, and Rooflemonger as Kumite hosts, wrote their call sheets, and briefed them.
- Created clips for Red Bull Gaming social media.
- Produced the broadcast & in-house graphics package, including the LED walls. Sourced special effects.
